How it works
Every job runs the same way, from the first photo to the two-year warranty. Here is exactly what happens — a drawing before we start, a written price, dated photos while we build, and someone who stands behind the work afterwards.
You send a picture
Send us a photo of the space on WhatsApp, or fill in the form. Tell us roughly what you want — a few doors, a kitchen, a wardrobe.
We call you back the same day. There is no charge for this, and no obligation.
We visit and measure — free
We come to your home and measure the space ourselves, in Okara, Sahiwal, Depalpur, Renala Khurd, and Pakpattan.
Wrong measurements are the most common reason woodwork goes wrong. So we do this in person, and we do it for free.
You get a drawing and a written price
You see a drawing of what we will make, and a price in writing, before anything is cut.
The price is the making charge. There are no surprises later. If you want a change, we change the drawing first and you approve it.
You buy the material — we specify and inspect
We tell you exactly what to buy — the wood, the ply, the fittings — and you pay the supplier directly.
We take no commission from any supplier. Not from the wood merchant, not from the hardware shop. Ever. This is why we can tell you honestly what is worth buying.
When the material arrives, we check it — thickness, quality, the right amount. If something is not right, we tell you before we start.
We build — you watch with photo updates
You do not have to wonder how it is going. We send dated photos at each step — cut, assembled, polished — straight to your phone.
This is the whole point of AyFa. You see the work happen, even from Dubai or Manchester.
We fit, inspect, and hand over
We fit it in your home and check every joint, hinge, and edge before we call it done.
Then we hand it over with a two-year warranty on our workmanship.
The two-year warranty
When we hand over, you get two years of warranty on our workmanship.
Covered, free
If a joint opens, a door drops out of alignment, a hinge fails, or something we fitted comes loose — we repair it, at no charge. This is our making, so it is on us.
Repaired at a fair charge
Damage from water, damp, heat, or misuse is not covered — wood moves with the weather, and that is normal. If it happens, we still come and repair it, at a fair charge for the work and material.
Either way, you call us and we come. The warranty is with AyFa — it is not passed on to a supplier.
